About Employee Choice Benefits

Employee Choice Benefits was founded in September of 2005 by a pair of very successful group general agents and market consolidators. Having worked in the group benefits markets for over 15 years, they recognized an opportunity to create a consulting and marketing organization with a different vision and approach. Employee Choice Benefits builds mutually beneficial relationships between providers and the independent broker/general agent. We are adding a new revenue stream by creating and distributing unique products and services for increased brokerage sales.

Our marketing support add value to the efforts of general agents engaged in the sales of employer and employee benefit products. VISION

Bringing ancillary products to AIG general agents for their independent brokers and agents. Our niche will be to create online technology which is exclusive for the AIG general agencies across the county.

Employee Choice Benefits online proprietary quoting system allows General Agents, Agents, and Brokers to create highly flexible dental and ancillary quotes online, from 2-500 lives. ECB's technology platform provides General Agencies and their agent/brokers unprecedented access to AIG Group products and helps brokers and groups by providing service and product expertise.

We are focused on providing solutions for small to mid-sized business owners in the ancillary markets. By bringing brokers together with the Employee Choice Benefits suite of products, we know we will create incremental income for all while providing the right product and pricing for your client.
